Suhail Dar An encounter has started between militants and Government forces at Sheetpora Bijbehara area of south Kashmir's Anantnag district. Official sources told The Kashmiriyat  that on saturday evening a joint group of 3 RR  and Jammu Kashmir Police after receiving inputs about militant presence in the area launched cardon and search operation. During the cordon, the hiding Militants opened fire on the troopers triggering an encounter. 2-3 militants are beleived to be trapped in the area Meanwhile,Kashmir Police Zone in a tweet confirmed the encounter. “#Encounter has started at Shitipora, #Bijbehara area of #Anantnag. Driver and conductor of a matador were killed when the vehicle they were travelling in fell into Tawi River in Bikram Chowk area of Jammu. Also, 27 persons were injured, six of them seriously, when a bus they were travelling in tilted by its side near Ballian in Udhampur district, officials said on Saturday. A police officer told GNS that the matador (JK02AM-7260) coming from Bikram Chowk side fell into Tawi bridge during intervening night of May 27 and 28, resulting in the on the spot death driver and conductor. The dead bodies of two more labourers have been found by rescuers from the debris of an under-construction tunnel which collapsed near Khooni Nallah area of Ramban district, taking the death toll to 4. Kashmiri Pandits on Saturday hit the streets again in Rajbagh area of Srinagar in Central Kashmir to register their protest against the killing of Rahul Bhat at Chadoora, Budgam. Witnesses told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that the protesters were holding banners that read "our only demand relocation/Deputation of all valley posted migrant employees to any other place in India to stop our blood shed".
