Forces vandalize Property in Kulgam Area amid Clashes

September 27 The Locals of Redwani area in South Kashmir's Kulgam district on Thursday Night accused the Government Forces of vandalizing property in the area. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that some youth threw stones on the vehicles of Government Forces who were passing through the area, after which the Army men stopped their vehicles and barged inside homes, vandalizing everything that met their eye. Army Man Injured in Islamabad (Anantnag) Gunfight Succumbs

September 27 An army man of 19 RR identified as Happy Singh who was injured critically in a gunfight at Dooru area of Islamabad (Anantnag) in south Kashmir succumbed to injuries in the Military Hospital in Srinagar Officials confirmed to The Kashmiriyat that the Army man had been critically injured during the gunfight at Dalwach area of Dooru. The officer said that the critically wounded soldier Happy Singh succumbed to injuries. Earlier, a militant identified as Asif Malik was killed during the gunfight while as some Militants reportedly managed to escape.
