A Policeman has been shot at by suspected militants in Soura locality of Srinagar.
Quoting a Police official, Local news agency- Kashmir News Trust reported that on Tuesday militants fired upon a cop who was rushed to the hospital.
The cop identified as Saifullah Qadri succumbed to injuries in the hospital, Kashmir News Trust reported. The Police, however, has stated his condition to be critical.
According to Kashmir Police zone, “Militants fired upon one policeman Saifullah Qadri S/o Mohd Syed Qadri, R/o Malik Saab, in Soura (Anchar) area. He is critically injured. His daughter also got injured.”
