With a surge of more 1492 coronavirus cases by Thursday, Jammu Kashmir positive cases to 49134, while as the death toll has rose to 845.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that among the fresh cases include 112 travelers. 770 cases were reported from Jammu Division and 822 from Kashmir Valley, officials said.
Pertinently this is the eighth day in a row now that the Jammu Kashmir has reported over 1000 covid-19 cases in 24 hours.
The official said that 218 cases were reported from Srinagar Baramulla 75, Pulwama 68, Budgam 190, Anantnag 49, Bandipora 56, Kupwara 85, Kulgam 15, Shopian 2, Ganderbal 64, Jammu 421, Rajouri 48, Kathua 47, Udhampur 28, Samba 35, Ramban 8, Doda 31, Poonch 78, Reasi 28 and Kishtwar 46.
Jammu Kashmir has nearly 14074 Active coronavirus cases while as 34215 persons have recovered so far from the infection.
