482 fresh COVID-19 cases in Jammu and Kashmir, taking the total tally past 26000-mark. President Doctors Association Kashmir, a senior police officer in Kathua and 10 armed forces men besides at least two prisoners, has been tested positive.
Among the cases, 106 are from Jammu and the remaining 376 from Kashmir Valley taking the total cases to 26413.
In Kashmir, Srinagar tops the list with 88 positive cases, followed by Anantanag 53, Pulwama 52, Kupwara 42, Bandipora 29, Budgam 29, Baramulla 26, Kulgam 17, Shopian 1.
In Jammu region, Jammu has 42, Rajouri 4, Ramban 5,
Kathua 14, Udhampur 2, Samba 4, Doda 7, Poonch 16, Reasi 7, and Kishtwar 5 Positive cases.
Officials said that a number of the testings were confirmed at SKIMS and CD diagnostic lab.
Moreover, 544 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals, 88 from the Jammu Division, and 456 from Kashmir Division.
