An encounter has raged between militants and Government forces at Tarzoo area of in Mohammad pora area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that a team of 9 RR, jammu kashmir police and 18 BN of CRPF was fired upon by Militants in the Mohammad pora area, after which the Army retaliated to the firing.
The Forces retaliated and the exchange of fire triggering an encounter, Officials told The Kashmiriyat that two to three Militants are believed to be trapped at the site of the encounter, while the firing at the encounter site is still going on.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that the firing started around 0400 AM.
Meanwhile Internet Services have been snapped in Kulgam district of South Kashmir
