An encounter has started between militants and fovernment forces in Kawoosa area of Narbal in Budgam.
A police official told The Kashmiriyat that 2 RR of the Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir police and CRPF are all on duty on the encounter site.
Heavy gunshots are being heard in the area, as per locals.
