An encounter has started between militants and Government forces in the Kreesbal area of Srinagar in central Kashmir.
The Jammu Kashmir Police said, “A chance #encounter has started at Kreesbal Palpora Sangam area of Srinaagr with Militants and a small team of Srinagar Police.”
