According to The Kashmiriyat, the misinformation gained traction after being picked up by a few wire news agencies, which cited the deceptive order as the basis for their reports. This dissemination of false information has added to the prevailing uncertainty surrounding academic schedules in the region.
However, authorities have swiftly moved to quell the growing apprehension. An official from the higher education department who spoke to The Kashmiriyat, has categorically denounced the order as fabricated.
“It’s fake,” the official stated unequivocally, emphasizing the need for the public to exercise caution and verify information before succumbing to rumors.
