National Conference President and MP Srinagar, Farooq Abdullah, protests in Parliament along with MP Anantnag Hasnain Masoodi against fake encounters and custodial deaths in Kashmir .
On September 16, Hasnanin Masoodi had expressed deep concern over the sluggish pace of the investigation. “With DNA samples taken more than a month back, there is no reason to delay the investigations,” he had said.
Now when the verdict is out by JK High Court and a statement given by army accepting the lapse , The duo have resorted to a protest to expedite justice to the victims.
