A Hajj pilgrim from Anantnag district passed away at Saudi Arabia after performing the holy pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca and Medina.
Family members spoke to The Kashmiriyat saying that Rahti Begum, a resident of Laram Ganjipora in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district suffered a cardiac arrest in Mecca on Tuesday morning.
Rahti was referred to the hospital, however, she was declared brought dead at the hospital.
The Anantnag resident will be laid to rest in the Mecca.
