Two students along with a teacher from Government Degree College (GDC) Kulgam have developed a mobile application ‘Sukoon-e-Kashmir’ with the aim to give people keep pace with the global advancements in the technological world.
Suhail Ashraf and Danish Mushtaq, pursuing BCA in Kulgam’s GDC, and assistant professor Irshad Ahmed Lone said that they have worked for nearly three months to make the application functional.
The application provides features including entertainment, messaging among others.

” The application will be revolutionary for both the business and influencer community,” Professor Irshad said.
Sukoon e Kashmir has a total of four sections- Kashmiri, Education, Islamic and entertainment “In the application users can share up to ten-second videos after having registered with an OTP,” he said, adding, “the app will be useful for cross-sections of the society including students, farmers, and others.”
Most of the support, Danish and Suhail who worked along with professor Irshad, say, came from the Principal of the Government Degree college of Kulgam. Booth the students have played a vital role in the development of the mobile application.
