High Speed Internet Snapped in South Kashmir, Train Services Suspended

On the directions of the authorities, cellular companies have snapped high speed internet in South Kashmir Districts of Valley.

A telecom official told The Kashmiriyat that police directed them to snap high speed 3G and 4G mobile internet services in Islamabad (Anantnag) and Kulgam while high speed mobile internet was barred in Pulwama and Shopian Districts.

“The direction was passed shortly after the Tral encounter, the mobile internet speed was reduced to 2G,” he said.

Pertinently six Militants of Zakir Musa’s group were killed in a gunfight early morning on Saturday in Tral area of South Kashmir.
