Intense clashes have erupted in various areas of central Kashmir on Thursday as the three districts of Central Kashmir, Ganderbal, Srinagar and Budgam are going to polls today in the second phase of Lok Sabha polls 2019.
Sources informed The Kashmiriyat that clashes have erupted in Zakoora And Soura areas of Srinagar, Daharmuna and Beerwah areas of Budgam as hundreds of civilians took to streets, who were chased away by forces by using tear smoke shells against them.

In Charar e Shareef, hundreds of youth shouting pro Independence and Anti India and Anti Election slogans tried to march towards a polling booth, raining stones upon the Troops deployed in the area in heavy numbers.
The troops fired tear smoke shells and pellets to disperse the protesting youth, who regrouped in large numbers.
