Kashmiri shawl seller dies of road accident in Bangalore

A Kashmiri shawl vendor died in a road accident in Bengaluru area of state of Karnataka on Sunday.

Locals told The Kashmiriyat that one Ali Mohammad Wani aged (45), who was a resident of Seer e Hamdan in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district was hit by a vehicle in Bangalore Karnataka, when he was coming out of a train station, resulting in critical injuries to him.

Ali Mohammed, a shawl seller by profession was immediately rushed to the nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

“He had left his home just two days ago to sell shawls in Bangalore for the winter months,” they said.
