Days after Soofra Zargar was denied bail, A Kashmiri woman, who was found COVID-19 positive during her NIA custody, has been denied bailby a Delhi court on Tuesday.
She along with her husband, Jahanzab Sami was detained for alleged Militancy links and having a hand in the anti-CAA protests here.
The judge denied her bail saying the allegation against the accused was of serious nature and that she would be given adequate medical treatment.

The judge also asked advocate M S Khan, appearing for the accused, to suggest any private hospital for her treatment after he claimed that there was a lack of proper treatment facilities in government hospitals.
As reported earlier by The Kashmiriyat, the COVID-19 tests of the couple were conducted on June 6, on the directions of the court, while their 10-day custodial interrogation ended on June 7.
The report of Hina was positive, so she was shifted to a hospital, however Jahzaib was shifted bak to the Tihar Jail in Delhi.
