One lady was killed when a speeding vehicle hit her near the Donipowa area in South Kashmir’s Islamabad (anantnag) area.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that a vehicle plying on the Achabal- Anantnag main town road turned turtle causing injuries to one passenger.
The passenger was immediately shifted to the nearby hospital for treatment, where she was declared brought dead on her arrival.
She has been identified as Naseena Banoo wife of Javid Ahmad khan, a resident of wangam shangus area in this SOuth Kashmir district.
Meanwhile a Police official said that they have taken cognizance of the issue.
