The family members told GNS, “We were waiting for him to return and have dinner with us. We called him several times, but he didn’t respond. This morning, we received a call from the police saying that your son was found dead in Rambagh, Srinagar.”

“He was a kind-hearted and religious man of 25 years old. He used to offer five times salah and even had no bad habits,” they said, adding that he was out of his home with the Tableegi Jamat.

“He used to call us and show us the Jammat members he was with. We don’t know what happened to him and how he was found dead in Rambagh.”
