One person died and one was critically wounded after the duo fell off a rooftop in Buchroo area of Kokernag in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that on Thursday afternoon two persons including a mason fell off a rooftop of a house in the Buchroo area, causing injuries to two persons.
The duo was rushed to the hospital where one of them identified as Tajamul Ahmad Bhat son of Mohammed Ashraf Bhat, a resident of Matapora Dehruna died on the way to the hospital.
“Another person identified as Aqib Bashir son of Bashir Ahmed Sheikh, a resident Buchoo was critically injured in the incident,” they said.
