Mobile Internet Snapped in South Kashmir Districts

The cellular companies have snapped mobile internet in South Kashmir Districts of the Kashmir valley.

A telecom official told The Kashmiriyat that officials directed them to snap mobile internet services in Islamabad (Anantnag), Shopian, Shopian, Kulgam and Pulwama.

Pertinently two Militants were killed during an encounter in Tiken area of Pulwama in South Kashmir.

The mobile internet services were snapped in Jammu Kashmir on August 04, 2019, only to be restored after a gap of months, in the valley.

Since then reduced internet speed (2G) continues to be in place ill districts except two.
