One person has died and four others injured while repairing an electricity line in the Nambal area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Thursday, five persons received an electric shock while laying down an electric pole for a private company in the Nambal area of the Anantnag District.
One among the five died on the spot and four others have shifted to a nearby hospital, Primary Health care in Mattan.
An official identified the deceased as Anees Bhat, son of Abdul Rehman Bhat, a resident of Vail Nagbal Anantnag, a labour by profession.
