Dozens of college students, on Monday, staged a protest here at Govt. Degree College, Dooru alleging that the question paper set for them by Kashmir University was ‘out of syllabus.’
The 3rd year (6th Semester) students who appeared for Computer Application paper said that 36 Multiple Choice Questions out of 40 were out of their syllabus.
“We protested in the examination room, itself, where the authorities assured us that matter will be raised with Kashmir University. But we are unsure whether the matter will be taken to the university. So, we arrived here to attract the attention of the Kashmir University authorities. We humbly request Kashmir University to look into the matter,” the protesting students told The Kashmiriyat.
