Many employees including District and Divisional Forest Officers (DFOs), Conservators, DSCOs and Wildlife Wardens etc have not been transferred in the forest department for years together which has raised questions about overall efficacy of the department as well as highlights dangers to the woods. Kashmir University on Monday notified that all the pending and recently postponed examinations from February 14. In a notification issued by the Controller Examination, it was informed that the University is contemplating to conduct the postponed/planned examinations of Professional (MBBS, BUMS, B.Tech, M.Tech, etc) and Non-Professional (M.A Distance Mode, UG 4th Semester, etc) courses from February 14 onwards, through Offline Mode. "All the concerned candidates, Institutions/Departments are advised to regularly access the Official Website of the University for issuance of revised Datesheets, etc,” the notification reads.
