The aspirants who wish to undertake Hajj journey during 1443(H)—2022(CE) have been informed that the Hajj Committee of India (HCI) has invited online application forms with effect from 01 November 2021. As per a notification, the aspirants are being informed that before filing the application form online, the aspirants should go through the provisional Hajj guidelines for Hajj-2022 at the Haj Committee websitewww.hajcommittee.gov.in. The aspirants have also been informed that the last date for submission of the application form has been fixed as 31 November 2022. The Jammu Kashmir administration has sacked a deputy superintendent of jails and a government school’s principal in South Kashmir for having alleged links with Militants. Feroz Ahmad Lone of the Prisons Department and Javid Ahmad Shah, principal of the Government Girls Higher Secondary School at Bijbehara, have been terminated from service for allegedly actively working with Militant outfits. An Over-ground Worker (OGW) was apprehended by police and two AK-47 rifles and four pistols were recovered from his “possession or on his disclosure” in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, officials said on Tuesday afternoon. According to news agency-Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Randhawa, as per the order issued by BJP's J&K president, Ravinder Raina has been relieved from all the posts including that of J&K BJP Secretary post, with immediate effect. A non-local labourer died and two of his colleagues are being treated upon, due to ‘asphyxiation’ in south Kashmir’s Shopian district, official sources said. They told GNS that three persons Ansar (20) Azim (22) – residents of Uttar Pradesh and Ubaid Ahmad Parra son of Bashir Ahmad Parra, resident of Homehana Nagbal were brought to a local hospital at Zainapora in unconscious condition. Upon assessment, the doctors declared one labourer namely Ansar as brought dead on arrival, they said. ‘Only 16 candidates selected out of 80 posts’ Scores of aspirants, who are deaf and dumb staged a protest on Monday against Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) for allegedly failing to fill required number of seats.
