PDD Daily wager Electrocuted in Kulgam, Hospitalized

A daily wager of the Power Development Department (PDD) received severe burn injuries after he received an electric shock in the Chawalgam area of South Kashmir's Kulgam district on Saturday morning. An official told that a PDD daily wager Sartaj Ahmad Sheikh, son of Ghulam Mohammad Sheikh of Hanand, Chawalgam received serious burn injuries due to electric shock when he came in contact with a live wire in Hanand locality. Sopore Update- Two Policemen, Two Civilians Killed

Shabir Khan Two Civilians and Two Policemen injured in the attack by Suspected Militants at Sopore town in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district Saturday noon have succumbed to their injuries. First case of Black Fungus detected at SKIMS: Officials

The doctors at the premiere health care institution of Kashmir, Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, have detected the first post Covid-19 case having Mucormycosis infection popularly known as Black Fungus, officials said here on Saturday. A top health official told that a 35-year-old female from Udhampur who had recovered from Covid-19 showed symptoms of Mucormycosis like bilateral eye swelling and acute pain on left side and greenish discharge from her nose.
