General DP Pandey, GoC Chinar Corps Monday said that people of Kashmir have understood the ‘game’ played by the separatists and they are pretty happy with the prevailing peaceful situation in Kashmir.
General Officer Commanding was talking to media after he inaugurated “Digitization of 10 Army Goodwill Schools in Boniyar area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
The Army Commander as per news agency Kashmir News Trust said that situation is peaceful in Valley while tourist footfall shows people are happy.

There is tourism footfall. People are happy. You won’t find an empty room in any hotel. I think people have understood the game of separatists and they are pretty happy now,” he said.
General DP Pandey in response to a question said that skirmishes do take place on borders but over all the situation is under control. “We should keep on praying to Almighty that situation remains good,” he said. (KNT)
