Ram Bhakt Gopal was arrested by Gurugram Police on Monday, July 12, for supposedly referring provocative remarks at a mahapanchayat held in Pataudi on July 4.
In his speech at the mahapanchayat, he purportedly called for assaults on the Muslim people group.
Last year, Ram Bhakt Gopal had supposedly started shooting at a gathering of against CAA in Jamia Millia Islamia in Delhi. He was out in bail in that case.
