According to the District Election Officer Islamabad (Anantnag), the randomization of EVMs to be used for the conduct of Municipal Elections – 2018 in respect of one Municipal Council Anantnag and nine Municipal Committees falling in district Anantnag shall be conducted in the Meeting Hall of Deputy Commissioners’ Office Anantnag
In this regard, under phase 1st, the first randomization of EVMs will be held on 29 – 09 – 2018 at 11:00 AM for the Municipal Committees of Achabal, Kokernag and Qazigund., where as second randomization of EVMs for the said committees shall be conducted on 03 – 10 – 2018 at 2:00 PM.
Under phase second, the first randomization of EVMs for Municipal Council Islamabad and Municipal Committee Bijbehara will be held on 03 – 10 – 2018 at 11 am and second randomization of EVMs on 05 – 10 – 2018 at 2 PM.
Similarly, the 1st EVM randomization for third phase for the Municipal Committees of Mattan, Pahalgam, Aishmuqam and Seer Hamdan will be conducted on 04 – 10 – 2018 at 11: 00 AM and the 2nd EVM randomization for the said committees will be held on 09 – 10 – 2018 at 2: 00 PM.
For the 4th and last phase, 1st randomization of EVMs for Municipal Committees of Duru and Verinag will be conducted on 06 – 10 2018 and 2nd randomization on 11 – 10 – 2018 at 2: PM.
All the concerned contesting candidates as well as recognised political parties are requested to attend the randomization process on the above mentioned dates, time and venue.
