R&B division, Qazigund, is geared up for macadamization of different roads in the district Anantnag. Locals from Gund Hakura and Kuchpora Larkipora road under macadamization expressed gratitude and praised the administration and the concerned DDC member Shabir Ahmad Dar.
R&B Department has covered the maximum of the roads. However, the local population feels gratitude and has expressed their thanks to the District administration and the DDC member for taking an immediate step for the macadamization of roads.
Different roads have been macadamized, and some others are under work. Officials of the R&B Department have set a target to clear all major and link roads in the jurisdiction.
Locals of Palpora (Dailgam) of district Anantnag demand for macadamization of the link road. Due to the rains, locals face problems while walking on the road, full of potholes. Residents had appealed to the concerned authorities and DDC members to look into the matter and thus intervene in it.
Work has been started at the R&B division, Qazigund, and block Shahbad macadamization work at Gund Hakhura and Kuchpora Larkipora. Concerned DDC member Mr. Shabir Ahmad Dar appreciated the department for blacktopping of roads in the area.
