Eight persons were injured after two Alto cars rammed into each other at Dandipora area of Kokernag area in South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District on Friday afternoon.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that a Car Bearing registration number JK03 C- 6367 collided with another Alto car with the number JK02 BQ- 0940 coming from the opposite direction.
The Injured have been shifted to the Kokernag Hospital where the condition of two is stated to be crtical while the rest of the six are stable.
The injured persons have been identified as: Salman Wani son of Nisar Ahmad wani resident of Kouserbal, Tral, Danish Ahmad Dar son of Ghulam Hasan, Daish Rashid son of Abdul Rashid Malla, Arbaz Ahmad son of Bashir Ahmad Tarher, Faizan ahmad son of Mohammed Amin Malla and Adil Ahmad son of Mohammad Maqbool Bhat all residents of Noorpora, Tral.
They were traveling in One Alto Car No- JK03 C- 6367.
Two persons travelling in the other car JK02 BQ- 0940 were also injured.
They have been identified as Shamshada Bano wife of Mohammad Anwar Khatana resident of Godal Larnoo and Tawseef Ahmad Khatana resident of Dandipora, Kokernag.
