A soldier committed suicide as he shot himself with his service riffle inside his camp in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
A Official told The Kashmiriyat that Jagmeet Singh of Haryana on Tuesday morning who was posted with 24 RR in Chetargul camp in Ganderbal shot himself with his service rifle.
He was rushed to hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile Jammu Kashmir Police took cognizance of this incident.
Pertinently on October 2, a solider posted in Uri area of Baramulla.
