Sri Pratap College of Srinagar has invited applications for admission to various PG and UG (NEP-2020) programs under CUET and Non-CUET quota.
At a press conference, Dr. Ghulam Jeelani Qureshi, principal of Sri Pratap College, said that qualified applicants can enroll in a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs if seats are available.
For students who have not yet been accepted into a top institution that has recently received Grade A+ accreditation from the NAAC, this is a fantastic chance. Our management is dedicated to making sure that no seat is left empty in this institution that is known for its high-quality instruction,” he said.
He further clarified that only applicants who submit their applications via the designated admission website are eligible for immediate admission.
Established in 1905 by Annie Besant for the then ruler of Jammu Kashmir Shri Maharaja Pratap Singh, the college is one of the oldest in Kashmir.
Before Indian independence in 1947, the college was affiliated with University of Punjab and post independence Banaras Hindu University gave affiliation to S.P. college until the University of Kashmir was founded in 1956
