Demanding speedy action in the case of rape and murder of a minor girl, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray has demanded a Sharia-like law to prevent heinous crimes against women and children.
Thackeray said the “hands and legs of those who molested and killed minors and women should be cut off.”
“Our legal procedures are cumbersome and the final judgment is a long time in coming. This indirectly boosts the courage of criminals,” he said.
