Three persons have been booked under the Public Safety Act in Baramulla district of north Kashmir.
An official said that three residents of the north Kashmir district were detained and booked under the PSA under the apprehension that the three may cause law and order problems in the area.
The three identified Tawseef Ahmad Parray of Andergam Pattan, Ghulam Mohammad Lone of Lachipora Uri and Shahzad Ahmad Malik of Singhpora Pattan have been booked for being involved in Anti- National Activities, the official said.
The trio after being booked under PSA has been shifted to Central Jail Kot-Balwal Jail Jammu.
The Police has claimed that there are many cases are registered against these persons and were “involved in anti-national activities”.
“Despite their involvement in many FIR’s they did not mend their anti national activities,” Police said.
