
Three sisters were charred to death in a tragic fire incident in the Ramsoo area of Jammu region on Sunday night.
Official sources told The Kashmiriyat that during the interviewing night fire emerged from the house on one Abdul Lateef Lone son of Ghulam Rasool Lone in the Taj Nihaal area of Ramsoo.
The victims identified as Sanya Latife (9), Saika Banoo (15), and Bisma Banu (18), daughters of the house owner were asleep when the fire broke out in their home.
The fire service department, police, and locals tried to douse off the flames, but the house could not be saved, they said.
An investigation has been launched into the incident and a case has been registered.
The loss of these young sisters has descended a pale of gloom over the entire area.
