Top Lashkar commander Arrested in Kashmir: Police

The Jammu Kashmir Police on Monday said that they have arrested the top Lashkar Commander, Nadeem Abrar in the Narbal area of Srinagar, involved in several cases.

Nadeem, a resident of Budgam Joined Lashkar e Taiba on December 12, 2018.

In March Nadeem figured in the list of the nine wanted militants operating in Srinagar. He is said to be the key face behind the Lawaypora attack in Srinagar which resulted in the death of two CRPF men.

Vijay Kumar, the Inspector General of Police in Kashmir said that, Top Lashkar e Toiba Commander Nadeem Abrar was arrested on Monday. Terming his arrest as big success, the IGP said, “He was involved in several killings.”
