Enjoying the serene ambiance of famous tourist spot Pahalgam, tourists on Tuesday said that in contrast to reportage on national news channels, the situation in Kashmir is normal to visit.
Himat Singh, a tourist from Gurgaon, Haryana while talking with news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that he has visited Kashmir several times and has found Kashmir the most beautiful place in the world.
“People here are helpful and hospitality is very good. What is being spread on different TV channels about Kashmir is a total lie and condition here is normal,” Singh said.
“My message to everyone will be to visit Kashmir without any hesitancy as it is a very peaceful place and people and hospitality is awesome,” he said
Narpinder Singh, another tourist from Chandigarh said that he is happy to be in Kashmir.
“It is a very beautiful place and we didn’t witness any such thing that is being shown about Kashmir,” Singh said.
Gagandeep Kour, a tourist, said that she was touched by the hospitality of Kashmir and feels at home.
Kour said that the government must give special attention to keep Kashmir neat and clean and maintain its beauty.
“Everyone must come here to enjoy life as it is really paradise on earth,” Kour said—(KNO)
