The Jammu Kashmir Police on Monday claimed to have arrested two persons in Ramban District and also busted a Militant module,
An official told The Kashmiriyat that as per Initial investigation two Militant operatives namely Umar Ahmed Malik son of Abdul Ahmed Malik and Suhail Ahmed Malik son of Mohd Yaseen Malik, both residents of Semthan, Bijbehara, Anantnag were detained along with Arms and Ammunition.
He said that the duo was working under a plot hatched by Kashmir based Militants and their Pak based JeM handler Aqib @ Alfa from Budgam
The weapons recovered from their possession include 2 AK-74s Pistol 01, Grenades 16, Ak-Magazines = 09, Live Bullets = 269 Pistol and Magazine = 02.
Further investigation of the terror module is going on.
