Two Injured in Bear Attack in Baramulla

Two people were injured after a wild bear attacked them in Hari-Watnoo in Tangmarg area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla on Monday.

Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a woman, Shameema Bano and a man, Mohammad Akbar Magray of Kilwar Hari-watnoo area were critically injured in a bear attack when they were working in the nearby fields.

The Locals rushed to the spot, when the duo raised an alarm, but only after they had been injured.

They were rushed to the sub-district hospital Tangmarg where the doctors referred them to SMHS for further treatment.
