Unknown Gunmen Fire at Policeman in Shopian

Unknown gunmen fired upon a Policeman in Amshipora area of South kashmir’s Shopian district.

An official told The Kashmiriyat that on Tuesday, a Policeman identified as Shabir Ahmed Wagay was shot at by suspected militants in the Shopian area.

He was rushed to the district hospital Shopian in a critical condition where from he has been referred to SMHS hospital Srinagar, the official said.

Meanwhile, police and army condoned off the entire area to nab the attackers
