Victory of BJP in 4 states will have impact on JK, people will vote for development: Tarun Chugh

BJP National General Secretary and in charge of Jammu and Kashmir, Tarun Chugh has said that the victory of BJP in assembly elections in the four states will have impact on Jammu and Kashmir as people here are also well aware about the welfare and pro-poor policies of PM Narendra Modi.

Talking exclusively to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Chugh said that BJP’s victory in four states will be a gain in Jammu and Kashmir as well as people here too will vote for development and progress.

He said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have understood the difference and they too are well aware about the welfare and pro-poor policies of PM Modi.

“It is because of the pro-poor people and welfare policies of PM Modi that BJP was able to win assembly elections in four states with a thumping majority. People of J&K will do the same, they too will vote for development,” he said.

Chugh said that people got benefitted by the policies of PM Modi and that is the reason BJP is in power in every nook and corner of the country.

On being asked about possibility of early elections in J&K, he said that delimitation process is going on in J&K and as when it is completed, it will upto to the election commission of India to announce holding of elections in J&K.

He also said that elections will be soon held in J&K as promised by PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah on the floor of the house. (KNS)
