The Winter carnival in Kulgam district was held on Monday, 14th of February with the opening event to kick start at Aharbal tourism destination.
Trekking expeditions, multifarious Snow sports activities, adventure camps were the main attraction and part of the Winter Carnival.
The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam was the chief guest of the event. The Div Com Kashmir was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam and other officers.
