Academic material, sports kits and energy booster items were distributed among the students in remote villages of Shopian District.
Hundreds of School bags and other items were distributed by 34 Rastriya Rifles Mantribugh Camp in Ranipora, Khasipora, Mantribugh, Tikipora and other villages. Such encouraging things would boost the morale of students in future.
School going students after receiving the items were joyful and happy. They presented their vote of thanks to the 34 Rastriya Rifles.
A local, who was present on the occasion said that the army has organized such an event where students were motivated for future dreams related to their carrier.
Hundreds of locals were also gathered at the event. They were also given groceries for daily use. Army also guided the local population about Covid-19 pandemic. They directed the public about the measures to be taken to be safe from this deadliest virus.
