Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing a rally in Jammu on Saturday, stated that the people of Jammu Kashmir are eager for a government free from “corruption, terrorism, and separatism,” to secure peace and a better future for their children.
Speaking at M A M Stadium in support of BJP candidates, Modi described the ongoing assembly elections as a historic opportunity for Jammu to shape its future government.
He highlighted the significant voter turnout in the first two phases of the election, expressing confidence that the BJP would form its first government in the region with a majority.
Modi’s visit marks his third to Jammu Kashmir within a fortnight, as he continues to campaign vigorously ahead of the final phase of elections.
Campaigning for the remaining 40 assembly seats across seven districts, 24 in the Jammu region and 16 in Kashmir, is set to conclude on Sunday evening. (Inputs from PTI)
