The Jammu Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) on Wednesday declared the results for the annual Class 12 examinations, recording an overall pass percentage of 75%.
Female students once again outperformed boys in the exams. BOSE officials confirmed that a girl student secured the top position this year.
The data reveals that 78% of girl students passed the exams compared to 72% of boys.
In total, 1,03,308 students had appeared for the exams, of whom 77,311 successfully qualified.
Meanwhile, 970 candidates were unable to clear the exams.
