An encounter has started between Militants and Government Forces in the Khudpora Memander area of Arwani in South Kashmir’s Shopian District.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that 44 RR of Indian Army, SOG of Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF jointly launched the Anti Militancy operation.
Earlier Forces had launched a Cordon and Search Operation in the area upon receiving a specific input about the presence of Militants in the area, Sources told The Kashmiriyat.
2-3 Local Militants from South Kashmir are believed to be trapped in a residential house, Locals told The Kashmiriyat.
