A Kashmiri youth has been found dead in Assam days after he went missing in the North- East India.
Speaking to The Kashmiriyat the family of the youth said that the family has reached the airport in Srinagar to collect the dead body of the deceased youth.
Identified as Mohammed Asif Dar of Dharbagh, he had gone missing last month, when he had went with his truck to Assam.
The family of Asif said that he had been missing since and then they ran pillar to post to trace Asif. “We are unsure what caused his death,” the family member told The Kashmiriyat over phone.
An official upon being contacted by The Kashmiriyat over the incident said they are collecting details from the family and launched an investigation into the incident.
