A 27-year-old was killed when he fell from tipper in Mankote area of Poonch, official said on Sunday. Official sources told GNS that tipper (JK02AS-4867) was moving in reverse direction when the 27-year-old Ahsaan-ul-Haq son of Molvi Gulzar of Kasbalari fell down and died on the spot in Mankote area of Mendhàr. Two South Kashmir youth, one from Pulwama and one from Shopian have gone missing from their home after which their families have issued appeals on social media asking them to return home. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that Aaqib Farooq, aged 23, son of Farooq Ahmed, a resident of Heff Kurri in Shopian left his home three days ago but did not return. In the video, the family members said, " He was working as a driver, he left his home three days ago and has not returned home as of yet. Aaqib’s phone has been switched off since then." Meer Irfan Suspected militants shot dead a CRPF personnel in the Chek Sadipora area of Shopian district of South Kashmir. Officials sources told The Kashmiriyat that a CRPF personnel identified as Mukhtar Ahmed Doie who was on leave was fired upon by suspected militants on Saturday evening, causing grievous injuries to him. The CRPF personnel was shifted to the nearby hospital, however, he succumbed on the way to the hospital. All the students, who were stuck at Ukraine amid the prevailing tensions between Russia and Ukraine have been evacuated safely to Jammu Kashmir, official sources said on Saturday. Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that around 140-145 students from JK who were stuck in Ukraine have been evacuated safely. “The last batch of nine students have reached Delhi last night via Poland,” they said, adding that the government back in Jammu and Kashmir had made all arrangements for them at Delhi including travel, accomodations and other related things.
