
Three Minors Arrested in Shopian Granted Bail

Three juveniles who were arrested and charged with the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act were granted bail today. Abdul Hameed Lone, a family member of one of three confirmed that they have been released after being granted bail.
Mohsin Ali Mir, the lawyer of the three accused, speaking to The Kashmiriyat told that the police had forced a precarious law like UA(P)A on these three children simply based on doubt.
Police argued that these three youngsters were suspected to be engaged with the IED Blast that occurred on 16th May in the Shopian district, yet they didn't have any proof, witnesses, or evidence related to it, Mohsin Ali Mir who is an advocate at Shopian District court said.
