Fuel prices continued showing an upward spike on Tuesday as India registered the 13th hike in fuel prices. The petrol prices were hiked by 0.80 Paise per litre taking the total hike in the past two weeks to Rs 9.20 per litre. On April 04, the petrol prices in Srinagar stood at ₹109.80 per litre and the price of diesel has gone upto ₹92.97.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Jammu and Kashmir later this month, his first trip to the union territory since the abrogation of Article 370, quoting a senior BJP functionary PTI reported. He will address a conference of local body representatives in Samba on National Panchayati Raj Day on April 24, Jammu and Kashmir BJP General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Kaul said while addressing a function of Kashmiri Pandits here.
